Information that helps review a complaint
Explain what happened, the date, the provider or website interaction involved, what you have already done and the outcome you are seeking. Provide only information necessary to understand the matter.
Do not publish access codes, payment-card details or unrelated personal information. Documents can be discussed through the support process after identity and a safe sharing method are confirmed.
- Your name and safe contact number.
- Date and general nature of the enquiry or work.
- Provider name where the issue concerns provider work.

How a website-process complaint is reviewed
The complaint should be acknowledged, classified and reviewed against available call, referral and support records. Additional information may be requested where necessary. The response should distinguish what the website operator can address from matters that belong to the provider or another authority.
No outcome or response time is guaranteed here. Urgent safety issues should be handled through the appropriate repair or emergency path rather than waiting for a complaint review.
Other rights and escalation
Nothing on this page removes legal rights or access to an applicable regulator, tribunal, insurer, payment provider or dispute-resolution process. Which avenue applies depends on the facts and the provider relationship.
Privacy concerns can also be raised through the privacy support path.
